Charles M. Rollhauser, Sr., 78, a 2 1/2 year resident of Edgewater and formerly a 43 year resident of Severna Park died on August 20, 2022 at Anne Arundel Medical Center.

He was born on July 31, 1944 in Pennsylvania to the late Charles A. and Mary Rollhauser.

Mr. Rollhauser graduated from Drexel in 1967 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  He immediately began working for the Department of Defense in Annapolis where he continued to work for the next 32 years, retiring in 1996.

He was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Pasadena.  He was a Boy Scout Master in the 1980's.  Mr. Rollhauser loved camping and model trains.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Charles Michael Rollhauser, Jr. and his brother James Rollhauser.

Mr. Rollhauser is survived by his wife of 53 years, Flossie Rollhauser, his children; David Rollhauser (Laryn), John Rollhauser, and Susan Jacobs (David), his grandchildren; Elizabeth, Hailey, Samuel, Cory, Austin, Tyler, John, Brian, Katherine, Amelia and his great grandchild Allison.

Friends may visit on Sunday, August 28, 2022 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home, P.A.  A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 29, 2022 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church with placement in the Memorial Garden immediately following.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church Endowment Fund 7859 Tick Neck Rd Pasadena, Maryland 21122.
